We are celebrating our birthday!
CREA Fassaden- und Glasbausysteme AG was founded 25 years ago today.

What started as a classical trading company with focus on metal, facade and glass construction, is today a leading Swiss system provider for high quality SWISS MADE products around “glass mounting technology”. Specialized in glass railings, glass facades, glass roofs, sophisticated glass construction and glass trade.

Thanks to the inputs and initiatives of our employees we have become the company we are today.

As the leading trade fair for the Swiss construction and real-estate industry, Swissbau unites Switzerland’s concentrated decision-making competence in the industry in compact form at a single location. Every two years, Swissbau provides a source of inspiration, a discussion platform and the innovation radar for the Swiss planning, construction and real-estate industry.

As the number-one specialist exhibition for Switzerland’s construction and real-estate sector, Swissbau is an eye-catcher and an attractive force, drawing in some 80% professional visitors to be inspired by innovative product presentations and informative events. Over the five days of the fair, more than 800 exhibitors present their products and services on 110 000 m2 of exhibition space. From 18 to 21 January 2022, Swissbau will once again be uniting all the disciplines under a single roof and bringing the construction industry’s decision-makers to Basel.

CREA is involved in the major project of the east wing at Geneva Airport!

2500 m² interior facade and 500 m glass railings are equipped with CREARAILING.

We are proud to be part of it!

The building, known as the “East Wing”, will replace the existing facilities built as a temporary measure in the second half of the 1970s. Now obsolete, they will be demolished. The new building will be about 520 metres long, 20 metres wide and 19 metres high. These modern facilities will enable the provision of better-quality services to passengers travelling on intercontinental flights. Travellers will be able to board planes and disembark by two air bridges (as against one now), which will help to streamline flows and, above all, will mean no more bus transfers.
